AUTHENTICITY
As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, Mrs H Outnet unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
PAYMENT
Credit/Debit Cards:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards.
Paypal:
We also offer Paypal checkout. Simply choose the Paypal alternative at our checkout and you will automatically be re-directed to Paypal´s site where you complete your purchase.
Payments with credit/debit cards received from Verifed PayPal accounts ship out immediately. If you use eCheck payment your order will dispatch when PayPal has recieved the funds and confirmed the payment.
Bank transfer:
If you do not wish to use any of our online payment options you can pay via bank/wire transfer. Wire transfers are not directly handled on our web site. To pay using wire transfer, please e-mail Mrs H Customer Care and let us know your list of items you wish to purchase, your full name, shipping address and daytime or mobile/cellphone number.
Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Mrs H Outnet order number must be noted on the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of the funds to your transaction.
Currency & Sales Tax / VAT:
All prices displayed at our site are given in SEK, Swedish kronor, as well as in Euro (€) and US Dollars ($). The Euro and USD exchange rates will give you an approximate, but not totally exact exchange rate based on the current rate of SEK. Your credit card will be charged in SEK when you place your order. Depending on where in the world you are, prices are automatically displayed with or without Value Added Tax (VAT).
VAT exemption apply for all countries outside of the European Union (EU), and also includes Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping is not included in the given prices at each item. The shipping cost is added during checkout. See the shipping rates below under "Shipping". Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility and will be invoiced to the recipient by FedEx.
Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order at Mrs H Outnet, a receipt is automatically e-mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
At Mrs H Outnet we try to be as environment friendly as possible! Therefore we do not send out an additional print-out of your receipt. So make sure you save your e-mail receipt.
VERIFIED BY VISA® AND MASTERCARD® SECURECODE
We use Verified by Visa® and MasterCard® Securecode to add an extra layer of security when you shop with us. To use any of these services, you must first register the service with your card issuer/bank. Once you have registered and created your own private password with your card issuer/bank, you will at the checkout process at Mrs H Outnet be automatically redirected to your bank/card issuer to provide your secret password each time you make a purchase with us. This means that even if someone knows your card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your private password.
Many cards now require this service. If you have not registred your card with your card issuer/bank you might be unable to complete the transaction!
VAT AND VAT EXEMPTION
Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) includes Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT).
EU Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
VAT Exemption
Orders shipped outside of the European Union are exempt from Swedish Valued Added Tax. The order is calculated online less the Value Added Tax and the final invoice will also reflect this tax exemption.
VAT Exemption apply to: U.S.A. and Canada, Australia and New Zeeland, Asia, the Russian Federation, the Middle East, South Africa, parts of South America and parts of the Caribbean Islands.
VAT Exemption for European Countries that are non-European Economic Community Members includes Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Croatia.
Please note that shipments destined outside of the European Union are subject to import fees based on the customers’s home country regulations. Payment of these import fees are the buyers responsibility and will be invoiced to the recipient by FedEx. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
SHIPPING
All international orders ship via FedEx. Shipping within the EU generally take between 1-3 business days. Shipping to the U.S.A. and countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 4 business days. U.S. east coast generally faster. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility and will be invoiced to the recipient by FedEx.

Schenker ground (SWEDEN only): SEK 99,00
Shipping to the Russian Federation and Croatia is subject to an additional service fee of SEK 200,00 due to FedEx special handling in these territories.
FedEx shipping to Finland, Norway and Denmark is shipped via Fedex International Economy. Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days, depending on the final destination within Scandinavia. If you are in a rush, just let us know and we can ship FedEx International Priority instead. An additional shipping fee apply for International Priority to Finland, Norway and Denmark.
International countries we ship to:
USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Russian Federation, South Korea, Thailand, New Zealand, Malaysia, India, Turkey, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Bahamas, Barbados, Turks & Caicos Islands and South Africa.
All countries within the EU including including Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Also Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia.
In the Middle East region: Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Quatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, U.A.E. and Yemen.
If your country is not listed, just contact us to find out if shipping to your country is possible.
If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% (or a minimum of SEK 1.800,00) return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder.
You will receive an email from us with a link to the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carriers web site. Please note that tracking numbers are assigned before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carriers system.
Domestic shipping (Sweden only):
is performed by DB Schenker and generally takes between 1-3 business days. Your order will be delivered to your nearest Schenker pick-up office so that you can collect it at your convenience. You will receive an email shipping confirmation as well as a delivery pick-up notice by post when your order is ready to collect. If you prefer, we can send the delivery pick up notice as a text message to your mobile phone.

RETURNS
For items with 30% discount:
you may return purchased items within 14 days after dispatch for a refund. The refund will either be credited to original purchasers credit card or as a store credit. Exchange for size is possible but is subject to stock availability. Buyer have to cover all shipping expenses.
For items with 40-70% discount:
you may return purchased items within 14 days after dispatch for a refund. The refund will be credited for a store credit. Exchange for size is possible but is subject to stock availability. Buyer have to cover all shipping expenses.
For items with Crazy Price discount:
All sales are final.
For certain items all sales are final regardless of the discount rate. Such items are marked with a specific text at each such item.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You have to request a RAN by emailing Mrs H Customer Care not later than 7 days after dispatch. Returns or exchanges made without RAN can not be processed. RAN requested later than 7 days after dispatch will only be granted at our discretion.
When returning goods from outside the EU there are a couple of very important things to consider, we have a guide here.
All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of Mrs H Outnet and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy. Mrs H Outnet reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise or for other reasons as we see fit.
Our Return Policy:
- The blue security tag must NOT be broken or cut.
- The item must be packaged in the same or similar manner as it was received. Footwear returns
and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal
labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
The original dust bag for bags must be included in the return or exchange.
- Returned items MUST be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free
of defects.
- The item MUST be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS after dispatch.
- The return shipment will be at your responsibility and cost. We do recommend using an insured
courier service like FedEx, DHL or UPS.
- Unidentified returns will be returned to sender.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking fees apply to:
1) Returns of items that are damaged, altered or has an odor.
2) Returns from customers with a specific purchase/return history. Customers that repeatedly purchase from us only to return all or the better part of their orders might be subject for restocking fees.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is faulty contact us by email. Please provide digital images and a detailed description of the problem with the item. First then we can evaluate the next step.
NOTE: All faulty goods matters are subject to an investigation made by us or the manufacturer. As each case is unique, it is impossible to say how the matter will be dealt with before the investigation has started. It also depends on the type of item and how long time that has passed since the item was purchased.
DAMAGED GOODS
All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to your shipping address. Once your items have been delivered/signed for they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, you must make a note with the FedEx courier when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
If the goods inside the box is damaged you must immediately contact FedEx and report the damage to them. FedEx will then give you information of the next steps. You must also keep the outer box as it will be a part of the investigation for the cause of the damage.
For all kinds of damages, to the outer box and/or the content of the box, you should immediately upon discovery of such damage take digital pictures of the damaged outer box and/or the content.
For domestic Swedish shipments the same rule apply, but instead of contacting FedEx, you must contact DB Schenker or Mrs H Customer Care.
COLORS AND IMAGES AT MRS H OUTNET
We work very hard with our images so that they reproduce the color and appearance of the items as close as it is techically possible. However, we can not guarantee 100% image accuracy due to various computer monitor calibrations and settings at the user end.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important. We will never release any of your personal information to outside parties and you will never receive unwanted emails. When you sign up with us, you will every now and then receive information on new styles and upcoming promotions, but you may request to stop receiving this information at any time.
SECURITY
We do NOT store any card information at our servers! When you pay with your card you are automatically redirected to our partner Samport, a PCI certified secure online gateway. All transactions submitted are encrypted with the highest security standard. We also use Verified by Visa® and MasterCard® Securecode, if you have not yet registred your card for any of these services, please do so by contacting your card issuer/bank. PayPal payments are all handled by PayPal at the PayPal web site.
